All works are carried out in accordance with current health and safety legislation, full risk assessments and method statements also compliment works. It is with the safety of both our staff and the public that have become fully CHAS registered. With an ongoing approach to excellence; we are delighted that our continual strategical improvements and procedures within FEM have led to the achievement of being granted ISO 9001 quality management accreditation.
ISO 9001 Certification
ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a quality management system. Using ISO 9001 helps ensure our customers get consistent, high-quality products and services.
BS-EN-1090-2 Certification
BS EN 1090 Part 2 specifies the requirements for the manufacturing of structural steelwork – this includes both bolting and welding.
EN-ISO-3834-2
The EN-ISO-3834-2 standard defines comprehensive quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials both in workshops and at field installation sites.

Traceability
FEM provides full material and component traceability as standard with every fabrication, with the business tracking and tracing from initial sourcing from trusted suppliers, all the way through the various stages of production to the finished fabrication and final delivery to site. This provides all customers with a quality benchmark, and a proof of expertise regarding every fabricated product.
